Brendon has 26 years in the Building and Construction industry, that’s 26 years on the tools not in an office. Brendon has built many homes and large renovations and also has 5 years experience in civil construction so he has great knowledge in all aspects of Building and construction.
Brendon has transitioned his Building business which ran from 2005-2017 into inspections. Brendon is a Licensed Builder and Licensed in Pest Management and has conducted 1000+ inspections in the Central Queensland area. When you call Termi-Build Inspections you will be dealing with Brendon from the booking to the site visit as Brendon encourages all his clients to come to the inspection so he can explain his findings in person. If the client can’t attend the inspection he will ring them the day of the inspection to discuss the report. Termi-Build Inspections is fully insured to conduct Pre-Purchase Building and Pest Inspections.
